Cygenex is a precision medicine and data solutions company established in 2021. It was founded by a software engineer and two medical providers that saw a critical need in the current healthcare and prescription drug delivery system. This need was based on what the National Institute for Health (NIH) has reported that prescription medication does not work the same way for everyone, and patients often go through a “trial and error” period before the correct medication is found. This often leads to adverse drug reactions and misdirected spending. Cygenex has created a solution by which its software platform can efficiently identify the right medication, at the right dosage, and manage its population to reduce healthcare spending and improve outcomes.
